Your Maternity Leave Project Plan is on its way to your inbox now.
Give it a couple of minutes, then open the email to get it. If it has not shown up, check your promotions or junk folder and drag it across, so you do not miss what comes next.
One thing while you are here.
The plan is built for two people. When it lands, forward it to your manager, or to your employee if you are the manager. There is a Google Doc version linked inside so you can both fill it in on the same copy. It does very little sitting in one person's downloads folder, and quite a lot sitting between you!
And before you go...
Maybe you have already read everything there is to read about going back to work, and you are still lying awake running through what happens if nursery rings at ten in the morning.
Here’s the thing. The standard advice does not help. "Set boundaries." "Ask for flexibility." "Be kinder to yourself." None of that tells you what Tuesday looks like when your child wakes up with a temperature and you have a leadership meeting at ten.
If you have thought it all through and it still feels one curveball away from falling over, I can help. Tell me where you are stuck and we will work out what to actually do about it.

This session is for you if:
✅ You want to come back at the level you left, not a step below it.
✅ You want to stop carrying the entire plan around in your head.
✅ You want childcare, boundaries and a manager conversation that still hold when something goes wrong.
✅ And you want all of it to feel workable, rather than like one more thing to manage.
