I regularly contribute expert commentary on maternity leave, return to work and the practical realities of balancing career and parenthood.
Through my work with both organisations and individual parents I speak to professional mothers and the companies that employ them every week. This gives me a clear view of where the biggest gaps in support still exist.
The reality is that too many talented women are still quietly stepping back from careers they have worked incredibly hard for, simply because the transition into parenthood is poorly structured and unsupported.
My work focuses on the practical side of what actually helps parents stay and progress in their careers while helping organisations retain the people they have invested so much in.
Let’s work together!
I am available for interviews, commentary and expert contributions on topics related to working parents and the transition back to work after maternity leave through to the early years.
I regularly speak at events, panels and workshops for organisations, communities and conferences focused on working parents and the future of work. My sessions focus on the practical side of what helps parents stay in the careers they have worked so hard for.

The return to work transition should not be the point where careers stall. With the right structure and support, it can be the point where they continue to grow!
