You’ll receive structured one to one support designed around your work demands, family set up and lifestyle. Together we will design practical plans, routines and support systems and then put them into action. As you test them in real life we will adjust and refine them until they genuinely work for you and your family.

  • 8 private sessions over 6 months

    Sessions take place approximately every 3 to 4 weeks

    • Adapting plans as roles or family needs shift

    • Revisiting capacity, boundaries and priorities

    • Putting the right practical structures in place at work so you are supported, not defensive

  • 12 private sessions over 9 months

    Sessions take place approximately every 3 weeks
