We became parents back in 2021 and like many others, found the whole experience both wonderful and totally overwhelming!
It’s only when we were vulnerable and connected with other parents that we found we weren’t the only ones struggling with the new status quo of being a trio.
So what was the problem we faced? All the information we received was for our baby, not for us as parents. But we didn’t have the headspace to understand what we needed for ourselves and as a couple - to be the best possible version of ourselves for our son. So that's why we created Move Thru. To build tools & a community that helps parents level up.
